Nature of Ministry Services

We provide Christian counseling as a ministry for those seeking guidance, support and encouragement through the love of Jesus Christ.

Inner Healing & Deliverance: By the authority of Christ, we walk believers through the process of freedom from bondage and captivity. This is an at-will ministry service for those who seek our help.

Ministerial Authority: You understand that during ministry, a minister may use an authoritative tone when confronting demonic spirits; this is not directed at you personally as a demand for information.

If you are unfamiliar with inner healing and deliverance or are afraid, we suggest starting with counseling first.

Professional Disclaimer (Medical & Mental Health)

Floydise Hill is an ordained minister called by God to counseling as a ministry. She does not hold any professional licenses. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, therapist or counselor as recognized by the state.

No Diagnosis: We do not diagnose or treat mental illness, and our services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for seeking and maintaining professional medical or psychiatric care. If your condition changes, it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare professional immediately.

Medications: The Ministry is not responsible for your medical conditions or treatments, such as medications, as these are beyond the scope of our services.

User Conduct and Safety

Honesty: You agree to provide willful, honest information and not overexaggerate or understate your experiences during ministry.

Risk of Harm: If a participant poses a risk of harm to themselves or others, we reserve the right to end the session and contact emergency assistance.

Confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting

Privacy: We take reasonable measures to preserve your privacy and trust.

We do share testimonies of those we’ve helped so that others will come to know the power of Christ and what is possible for them through God’s love. Anything we share will not contain any identifying information other than male or female or other general information.

Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality may be waived if required by law or the authorities, specifically in cases involving child abuse, elder abuse, or threats of harm to self or others.

Limitation of Liability and Release

Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that you have sought our assistance of your own initiative and are under no obligation to accept any advice given.

Release of Claims: By using this site and our services, you agree to release and hold Called to Freedom Global Ministries (Floydise Hill), its employees, and volunteers free from any liability, loss, or damage of any kind.

Covenant Not to Sue: You agree not to hold the Ministry or its representatives legally liable for any claims or actions related to the ministry process.

Termination of Service

The Ministry reserves the right to end a session or participation if the issue moves beyond what we can adequately address, so that you may seek professional help.

We are not obligated to provide referrals, and any suggestions made are not requirements.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid by a court, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect.
